Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their client's team in Colorado. This is a temporary position within an HOA management company, focusing on supporting the covenant enforcement team. The role is primarily desk-based and requires in-office presence.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process existing HOA covenant violation records in Zendesk and the internal CRM.
  • Close out violations accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records within both platforms.
  • Communicate professionally with team members regarding violation status and updates.
  • Assist with general HOA management administrative tasks as needed.
  • Follow established workflows and compliance guidelines for covenant enforcement.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in administrative support, data entry, or records management preferred.
  • Comfortable working in ticketing systems and CRMs; Zendesk experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work through high volumes of records accurately.
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a desk-based environment.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with HOA operations or property management is a bonus but not required.

Work Environment

This is a fully in-person position at the office. Candidates must be able to report on-site daily. The role involves extended periods of computer-based work.

Required Work Hours

The position requires availability from Monday to Friday, following a standard first shift schedule.
